Meet Your Counselors

My path into counseling was shaped long before I recognized it. I entered adulthood quickly, making decisions that left me hurting, ashamed, and convinced I had failed beyond repair. In my attempt to escape the pain, I ran as far as I could, moving states away, but it was there, in the middle of my brokenness, that God met me.
He did not shame me. He walked with me. He surrounded me with mentors, spiritual mothers, and eventually the man who would become my husband and protector of many years. Through the Lord’s presence, I learned what redemption actually feels like – not theoretical, but lived. Not distant, but deeply personal.
This is why I counsel the way I do.
I understand the weight of unworthiness, the confusion of identity, and the fear of repeating old patterns. I also understand the freedom that comes when truth replaces shame and when someone finally believes they are loved, chosen, and capable of change. My own healing required courage, honesty, and action. I help others take those same steps.
As a Biblical Counselor, I combine professional training with lived experience, trauma‑informed care, and a deep trust in the transforming power of Christ. I walk with women, youth, and families as they navigate pain, rebuild identity, and learn to live from a place of worth and wholeness. My role is not to fix you, but to guide you toward the One who heals. I will hold space for your story, honor your pace, and help you discover the freedom God has already made available to you.
You are not defined by where you’ve been. You are not disqualified by what you’ve walked through. You are Worthy Still and I am honored to walk with you until you believe that too.

I like to take a holistic approach to counseling. I believe we must confront the body, the mind, the heart, and the spirit in order to achieve a lifestyle of healing and wholeness. Wellness is my passion. My goal as a counselor is to equip my clients with the support and the tools they need to experience, and maintain total wellness.
My journey to becoming a counselor began at the age of seventeen, in my senior year of high school. I found myself overwhelmed with trauma, illness, and just as many hours in the doctor’s office as in school, or with my friends. Inflammation of the brain, brain fog, chronic migraines, sleep paralysis, sleep terrors, anxiety, OCD, dissociation, disorientation…. and zero improvements. My family was at a loss. Finally, a nurse recommended their in office Christian Counselor. After just a few weeks with their counselor, I could already see change. I was beginning to experience healing and freedom in areas of my life that I never thought I would. With three years of determined effort, devoted faith, and lots and lots of prayer, I could say for the first time that I felt normal. I felt Worthy.
My call to counseling came after one of my own early sessions with my counselor. I came home that day to pray and process. That is when I heard the Lord say to me, “You will be doing this one day”. He said it, and He did it. A year later I started my education to be a Christian Counselor. Healing is a process, but I learned to believe that I am worth that process. And so are you. My hope as a counselor is to lead others to experience healing and freedom just like me.
