Trauma

Proudly Serving Allen & Surrounding Areas

Three-Fold Approach

At Worthy Still, we provide trauma-informed Biblical Counseling on a three-fold approach of spirit, soul, and body, rooted in scripture and guided with compassion:

Spirit: Faith or belief system, creative productiveness, conscience, and identity
Soul: Emotions, thought patterns, and choices
Body: Structural (physical, boundaries), Chemical (blood, balance), and Electrical (brain, rhythms)

Our goal for our clients is to lead them to recover from trauma, rebuild trust, and renew hope. We walk alongside women, youth, and families as they process past wounds and present challenges, helping them find stability, clarity, and peace. Healing is possible, and wholeness can be restored one faithful step at a time.
